Circular for Grade 5 to 9 & Grade 11

Dear Parents,

We have arranged an Open House for parents of Gr 5 to 9 and Gr 11 on Saturday,        8th December 2018 from 9:00 to 11:00AM.  On this day parents can meet the class teachers as well as the subject teachers and discuss any concern and issues pertaining to the academics of their ward. It is compulsory for parents to attend all the open houses scheduled by the school. Failure to do so results in child’s poor performance as the parents are unable to take corrective measures even as they monitor their wards’ home studies.

We would like to thank those parents who have kept the fees payments of their wards up to date. For those parents who have pending fees, please make sure that fees are paid before meeting the class teacher.

Dear Parent,

* RAMADAN KAREEM *

The Holy Month of Ramadan will begin from 16th May 2018 (please refer to media for confirmation). This is the month which teaches us the importance of leading a virtuous life. It also teaches us to look after others and not to be self -centered. The importance of disciplining ourselves mentally as well as physically is highlighted during this Holy month. Today’s generation also needs to learn the importance of sharing. Now is the time to inculcate the noble qualities of discipline, hard work and charity in our children. The fast pace of life and the race for materialistic possessions leaves us with precious little time to devote towards the imbibing of these desirable qualities. These qualities are the fulcrum around which human life revolves. Our children need to learn about them as well as imbibe them. The Holy Month of Ramadan is the apt time to introduce our young ones to these noble virtues and the school is the right place for it. But we need your support in this noble endeavour. Please counsel your child as and when required about the importance of leading a disciplined life and putting in sincere hard work in their studies. The virtue of charity can be taught to them by example. Let us take this opportunity and put in our best for the betterment of our children.

For smooth conduct of the school day during  Ramadan,  the following time schedule  comes into effect from Sunday, 13th  May 2018:-

KG I                                                  –        10:00 AM to 12:45 PM

Morning pick up time for students using school transport will remain the same.

Circular for KG2 Students

Dear Parents,

Academic Year 2018-2019 has begun and the teaching learning process is well underway.

Coffee Meeting for Parents of KG2 students has been scheduled on Saturday, 12th May 2018  from 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM. Attendance for parents of children studying in KG2 is compulsory. This is aimed at acquainting you with our school rules, regulations and procedures followed. It is also an opportunity to get all your doubts cleared.

We would like to request parents  to expedite the process to do the Emirates ID registration on or before 15th May 2018. Failure to do the admission formalities   on time would delay your ward’s registration and may result in the cancellation of the student’s name from the school rolls after 15th May.

 Best Regards,
